Exactly how to protect your hair and scalp from the sun

When it comes to sun protection, we know it’s critical to apply sunscreen all over our body, but do you count your hair and scalp in it? I did not. I would apply sunscreen to my forehead and never consider my hair or scalp because they are my hair and scalp.
