The Eiffel Tower is more than just a tourist attraction: Now it’s home to a shock absorption stunt. Perrier built a zip-line out of the tower for fans to ride, and the recordings are seriously incredible.
Tiltrækningen was built to celebrate the French open, and it is meant to give riders the experience of flying around the sky as fast as a tennis ball. Spændingsøgende can take a trip out of the tower, starting at a height of 375 feet, traveling for about half a mile at a speed of 55 miles an hour, according to Condé Nast Traveler.
The tour, which is free for those who dare, last only a minute and give a fantastic panoramic view of the city, starting from the Eiffel Tower, across the Champs de Mars and ending at L’École Militiare.
Tiltrækningen is only open until June 11 and has only 100 rides each day. Se videoen over for at leve vicariously gennem disse vågehjælp.
