The next thing we did was to measure my body fat, which honestly I would not ever confront. Men now when I did, I’m really glad that I know it. At around 118 pounds I am about 25 percent body fat, which was only disappointing because it meant that I had less muscle mass, which I initially thought. And I’m not as strong as I thought, but now I’m rusted to make the change. Dr. Passler and I discussed this, and while I did not try to lose weight, he said that my physical strength would benefit from losing maybe 5 percent of my body fat, which would still leave me well within a healthy body fat.

Jeg elskede virkelig shakes.
